By using Memoro (the app and the flashmemoro.com website), you agree to the terms below.

1. The service

Memoro is a flashcard app for learning with spaced repetition, with optional cloud sync and AI card generation. The free version may include usage limits on some features (for example, a daily cap on AI generations); these limits may change and are shown clearly in the app.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure.
• Use one account per person; circumventing limits (creating multiple accounts to exceed the AI cap, etc.) may result in account suspension.

3. Your content

• The cards and decks you create belong to you. We only store and sync them per the Privacy Policy.
• You will not use Memoro to store or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes others' intellectual property, or is harmful.

4. AI features

• AI-generated content is a study aid and may contain errors — check it before relying on it for anything important (exams, work).
• You will not use the AI features for purposes other than creating study content.

5. Limitation of liability

Memoro is provided "as is". We work to keep the service stable and your data safe (with CSV export available at any time), but we are not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions or data loss due to events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on the website before taking effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
